EnBW Kraftwerke AG equips power stations and construction sites throughout Germany with easyINSTRUCT

The automated work-safety instruction course is installed at the entrance to the plant and is compulsory for employees of outside firms and visitors before they enter the site. In order to illustrate clearly the health and safety regulations relating to the installation in question the course of instruction takes the form of a 30-minute video film. At the end the newly acquired knowledge is tested by means of five multi-media questions selected from a pool of 25 possible ones.

Once the worker or visitor has successfully completed the course of instruction a certificate with an automatic photo of the candidate is printed out which entitles the holder to enter the site for a period of one year.

Implementation phase(s):
First commissioning within three months. Installation at remaining locations within the following six months with a total of 19 foreign-language versions for both the instruction section and the knowledge test.

Complete implementation of the pilot project as general contractor, i.e. overall design, production of multimedia content, foreign-language realisation, adaptation of easyINSTRUCT software, burn in, joint commissioning
