In combination with the hse-COACH induction software, the BESS induction film can be provided, managed and documented digitally. Depending on the setup, participants can complete the induction in advance, from home, on the go or directly on site.
hse-COACH makes it possible to track who has already completed the BESS induction. Optionally, a knowledge test, confirmation of participation or certificate can be integrated.
This turns the induction film into a structured digital induction process – with consistent content, efficient delivery and traceable documentation.
The employee receives the induction link by email, logs in and watches the BESS induction film.
The employee watches the complete BESS induction film and then completes the knowledge test.
After completing the induction, the certificate is automatically generated with all relevant details, including course name, participant name, timestamp, photo and digital signature. It is then automatically sent by email to predefined recipients.
At the site gate, participants can quickly and securely verify their induction status using a personal QR code on their phone or by presenting their certificate.
